Multiple Sanifos 280 were brought in as a solution for the decommissioning of aging and deteriorating septic systems servicing properties at Lake Rotoiti, NZ. The Sanifos 280’s pump waste up to the new bio treatment systems on the top end of the properties.
Sydney Seaplane Terminal
Completed in June 2017, a new Sydney Seaplane terminal brings the beloved back to Rose Bay. PENETRON ADMIX was used in the precast elements to ensure impermeability for a structure built wholly over seawater.
SkyGlass® Ready for NCC Code Changes
The National Construction Code (NCC) 2022 will see some sections become mandatory from 1 May 2023. Included here will be reference to the new Australian Standard: AS 1288:2021 Glass in buildings — Selection and installation with specific changes to Balustrades.

Te Oro is named for the sound created by wind blowing across the open crater of Maungarei / Mt Wellington, a volcanic cone on the south east of the isthmus between the Waitemata and Manukau Harbours. The Maori word “oro” is generic, but acquires meaning through its association with this specific place and mana whenua.

Sitting on the ridge of the hill of Aleomandra in Mykonos yet almost entirely hidden from view, Villa Mandra looks straight out to sea and the sunset over the neighbouring island of Delos. A 6-bedroom holiday house built for a young, dynamic couple to enjoy with their family and friends, it celebrates its spectacular view from a grounded viewpoint blended into a sensitively landscaped, stone-walled garden that screens it from the road behind.
