The AVWA has been providing wide range of services to the community since 1983.

Scope of Work: Supply & Install Epoxy Vinyl Flakes

Summary: The client had an old concrete floor with lots of holes and different types of concrete with lots of trench going through the space. To match their high standards of service, the client required a floor finish, above the rest, a harmonious space in which everyone, feels valued, is motivated and empowered to contribute.

Their budget was tight, and they wanted the floor fixed to perfection without any noticeable holes, different types/ colours of concrete and without any trenches visible.

We offered a cost-effective solution in the form of epoxy flakes, which transforms ordinary floors to innovative, aesthetically pleasing floor finish and achieves a P3 Slip rating. It is extremely hardwearing, optimal for areas with high pedestrian traffic. The existing floor required significant rectification and preparation prior to the installation of the epoxy vinyl flakes. We delivered a floor free from all imperfections which is ultimate in endurance and performance.
