Elbit Systems (“the tenant”) was under extreme pressure to hand over a factory in a week’s time and the floor was yet to be upgraded. Time was running out as they deliberated on what flooring treatment to use at a price that would be within their budget. Aus Floorworks proposed a colored epoxy flooring system. The client commented on the fact that they didn’t expected the floor to look so good, they liked our fast, reliable & professional service and they were impressed with the very competitive price offered.
