Last weekend our senior factory staff attended their team retreat to connect and strategize for extraordinary growth ahead for our manufacturing division!

In addition to enjoying the beautiful regional views, the team gathered and collaborated with a key focus on our Australian manufacturing, product and team development.

The group showed high involvement and passion, with an overall interest in improving our quality, delivery and customer experience. With the three principles of respect, ownership and communication becoming the foundation of the retreat, following them with one another will ensure great success.
