How to Install Pre-Coated Bump Rail
1. Inspect all materials
Check for damage to packaging or product prior to opening.
2. Remove packaging
Remove packaging ensuring the knife doesn’t mark pre-coated crash rail
3. Find crash rail location
Check the label on the back for the location of the crash rail in the project.
4. Measure & cut
Aluminium concealed fix angle to correct the length of the crash rail.
5. Install aluminum angle
Determine the height of the crash rail and mark it. Fix SF2505AL aluminium concealed fix angle to the wall. Then fix SF2505AL aluminium concealed fix angle in rebate in back of the crash rail.
6. Install pre coated crash rail
Locate the crash rail over SF2505AL and push upwards. Screw in rebate on bottom edge through plasterboard into nogging behind.
7. Finished installation
BR04 Pre-coated crash rail.
