Off-site application within the construction industry has recently been adopted for a variety of commercial and industrial projects. The use of prefabricated, preassembled, and off-site fabrication processes and techniques, decreases the need to coordinate with a lot of people and use of materials which saves time, money, and resources.
Improvements in construction timelines directly affects project profitability in commercial and industrial buildings. Therefore, the shorter the timeline, the better.
