DUQUE 70 is the result of the rehabilitation of 4 historic buildings with traditional features adapted to the comfort needs of modern life. The result of this project opens the doors to a closed residential complex with 52 apartments with high quality finishes, a quiet internal garden used by all parties, a swimming pool and large circulation areas.

Our partner Ascensores do Oeste has made possible the doubling of the existing spaces through the installation of WÖHR Parklift 450 / 405 parking systems. Thanks to the vertical movement of the system, combined with a double clearance and a shaft, each space of the system can be used without dependence on each other.
