THE TOWNHOUSE OS66.1 WHICH WAS DESIGNED BY G2O ARCHITECTS IS PASSING THE FIRST HURDLE TO BEING AWARDED THE GREAT HUGO HÄRING PRIZE!

The extraordinary refurbishment and addition of another storey to a residential building in Olgastraße in Stuttgart has been nominated for the Hugo-Häring State Prize 2021. 17 new projects in Stuttgart and the surrounding area have been selected, which now have the chance to get the “big Hugo”.

The inner courtyard of the townhouse has a WÖHR Parklift 461 D for four parking spaces on an area for only two parking spaces. With the parking lift range 461-463, the number of parking spaces is multiplied and at the same time offers the users convenient parking, which is extremely rare in Stuttgart city centre. When the double unit is lowered, two parking spaces including parked cars are hidden underground. The cover platform of the system continues to be available and provides two further parking spaces at street level. Another special feature is the fact that the cover platform can be occupied individually and perfectly adapted to the environment.
