Panbakers pertama yang terletak di Jalan Pettarani ini disukai oleh banyak orang, sehingga kemudian Panbakers membuka cabang keduanya di kawasan Latimojong, Makassar. Berbeda dengan cabang pertama Panbakers yang didesain dengan bernuansa hangat, di cabang kedua ini kami memadankan interior bergaya Rustic dengan Modern Vintage dan sentuhan luxury.

Budisari Residence - Rumah modern tropis yang didesain oleh pemilik sekaligus arsiteknya, Dimaz Aditio dari ARCHID design&build, terlihat sangat menarik karena perbedaan elevasi pada ruang di dalamnya. Variasi eksisting kontur lahan menjadi inspirasi desain dan solusi untuk penataan layout rumah dengan sistem split-level. Memiliki luas tanah 300 meter persegi, rumah ini menghabiskan waktu sekitar 12 bulan dalam pembangunannya.
