With a direct view of the Sexten Dolomites, Plasma Studio gave them plenty of space in the architectural concept for the Bistro Bergsteiger. The new volume was placed along a hiking trail and incorporated into the surrounding topography. The staggered heights inside and floor-to-ceiling windows create intimacy, tranquility and a clear view for as many visitors as possible. Visible screed and plaster with aggregates of stone and sand, taken directly on site, as well as the use of dolomite and local larch wood in the furniture reflect the surroundings and create a connection between the building and nature. js
