About Shiki

Okawa City is located at the mouth of the Chikugo River, which flows into the Ariake Sea in central Kyushu. Founded in 1958 in this area, Shiki Interior Industry Co., Ltd. was established in January 1994, steering from fittings to manufacturing interior furniture.
We want to break away from production that is suitable for mass consumption that is not suitable for the times, and to make what we really want to make and enrich our lives. We have been exploring what we can do for that.
It is not self-satisfaction, but consideration for the environment and creating emotions and smiles in our lives. I wonder how happy I would be as a creator if I could do that.
By putting such thoughts into furniture, we are gradually becoming able to hone our skills, create new values, and change our thoughts into shapes.
We at SHIKI would like to continue to send out new proposals that have evolved further.
