Fire and Acoustic system

This system meets fire resistance requirements and improves the acoustic performance of hotel function rooms and design. Products include: Firestop™, Soundstop™ & Jayabell™.

Wet-Area system

This system meets wet-area requirements, minimising moisture damage in areas such as restrooms and swimming pools. Products include: Wet-Area Optimum™, Moldstop™, Fiberock® & Durock®.

Shaft wall system

This system meets fire resistance requirements of hotel elevators, improving thermal property so that fire can be contained appropriately. Products include: Shaftwall liner™, Firestop™ & Wet-Area Firestop™.

Exterior Wall and Ceiling system

This flexible system is moisture- and mould-resistant, reducing the possibility of wall cracks and preventing water penetration. Products include: Durock®

Indonesia included in the Ring of Fire Zone, it makes the earthquake events often occurred and caused a lot of damage to buildings and fatalities. Jayaboard provides safety system solutions, especially for non-structural elements such as ceilings systems based on the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) - 2002 - 1726 on Earthquake Resilience Planning Standards for building structures.
