Blossom, an international Asian cuisine restaurant, is one of the many restaurants that sets foot in Marina Bay Sands Hotel, Singapore. As a 550-square-metre space, its footprint is rather miniscule compared to the vast and extensive lobby where it is located. Many restaurants in this case, whether in large hotel lobbies, shopping mall atria, food courts, or airports, are usually designed to be as open as possible. These restaurants are common to be only bounded by low partitions, which usually function to demarcate the dining space so that it does not interfere with the overall circulation.

Two years ago, when MRT Jakarta and many of the now-opened public spaces in the city had not yet existed, the idea of hanging out and strolling in some parks were deemed peculiar. With most of the public parks in Jakarta being gated, rarely maintained and poorly lit in the evening, parks were not the place of choice for people to spend their time. Parks, like those surrounding Monumen Nasional, were only popular on weekends or holidays, and people preferred to be in an air-conditioned mall, whiling their time away.

Di saat rancangan hunian berlomba-lomba untuk tampil dengan berbagai bentuk yang unik, Adit Haus karya Office S A menjadi sangat menarik dengan kesederhanaan bentuknya. Berlokasi di pinggir Kota Bandung, rumah ini memiliki tampak yang familier—fasad dengan gabungan bentuk segi empat dan segitiga. Impresi awal yang menunjukkan kesederhanaan memang dikejar sebagai wujud pendekatan desain rumah ini.

Project Multi Production Office atau yang biasa disebut MP Office ini bermula saat klien kami mendatangi arsitek dan meminta untuk membuat bangunan kantor yang iconic serta memiliki estetika yang mampu bertahan lama (tidak cepat bosan termakan tren dan waktu).

Proyek yang berlokasi pada sebuah lingkungan perumahan di Jakarta Selatan ini berdiri di lahan yang memanjang.
