The size and unique design posed facade challenges that required high quality finishes that are flexible and resilient enough to withstand the building's flex, while simultaneously meeting the high requirements for fire performance.

They have supported a lot of families in Hong Kong by assisting them on daily routine chores to keep things in order. They have contributed to $12.6 billion to the economy. They are an indispensable part of our community, and their welfare deserves our attention.

Ooo is a café located in To Kwa Wan, one of the down-to-earth areas in Kowloon. The unpretentious design of the shop is cohering to the core idea of the café. Ooo stands for “out of office”, which aims to be a place for chill-out after-work.
