This 2,420sqf condominium apartment is in fact a three-generation home, with the homeowners living with their parents and two children. They worked with Llark Architects to achieve the look they wanted — a spacious, light-filled home with off-white and light timber finishes that were easy to maintain. The homeowners love cooking and entertaining guests, and wanted to combine the living, dining and dry kitchen areas. As such, architect Luke Lim decided on extending the kitchen counter out to accommodate seating and dining spaces.
The kitchen counter is also used as a breakfast counter and this feature has become a highly functional space as part of the family's daily morning routine. The wet kitchen was positioned at the back and closed off to keep fumes and smells from entering the main living area. The homeowners even converted one of the bedrooms into an entertainment room, where the family can now enjoy fun and games in! The colour palette continues into the bedroom. Windows on both sides of the room k The dressing table is also designed to be closed up when not in use, so the room looks seamless and free of clutter.Keep the interiors naturally lit in the day as light filters in.
