Located on the fringes of Sydney city, NewLife Darling Harbour transforms Ultimo’s Harris Street with a contemporary mixed-use development that complements the surrounding area's characterful heritage.
Architectus won the design competition for TWT Property Group’s prestigious mixed-use development; the winning design shows a multi-layered building that steps down from nine-storeys along Harris Street to six levels facing Bulwara Lane.
NewLife Darling Harbour provides a distinctive precinct that offers connectivity and a fully integrated lane network. The development comprises 199 apartments, 2 retail spaces, a large penthouse and two storey terrace apartments at street level.
All units are provided with large balconies designed for solar access and impressive outlooks, landscaped terraces provide all residents with access to passive and active open spaces. Fittings are simple, contemporary and elegant, and smart floorplans allow for natural light and ventilation to flow through entire apartments.
Architectus Senior Associate, Brendan Randles says, “The building’s eye-catching, multi-layered form creates an outstanding place to live, to experience, and to glimpse from its many surrounding environments.”
