First Affordable Housing Units Handed Over

April 9, 2020 saw a milestone reached by CK&A Consultancy International Pte Ltd and our client, WorldBridge Homes, with nearly 700 homes of the Satellite City's Affordable Housing Project being delivered to buyers on schedule.

The relocation ceremony was attended by HE Deputy Prime Minister Chea Sophara, Minister of Land Management, Urbanization and Construction, as well as the Ambassadors to Cambodia of the United States, France, Singapore and Indonesia, and national & local government officials.

The socially and environmentally responsible project began with WorldBridge signing a Memorandum of Understanding with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in 2018. Nick Beresford, Country Representative of UNDP, said: “UNDP congratulates Oknha Rithy and WorldBridge for Real Estate Affordable Housing Project. The project uses environmentally friendly construction technology, and is the first of its kind in the country is the use of pressure brick, a type of brick that is not made using heat."

Having looked forward to completion of the project for up to 2 years, the purchasers the affordable housing were happy to move into their ideal places to live.
