DCA's Associate Director Chen Zhong Xian was a presenter at the BuildSG Leadership Forum on 7 November 2019 at The JTC Summit, along Mr Jeffrey Sim from PSA Corporation. Zhong Xian demonstrated the implementation of Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) from the design to facility management of PSA Office and Recreational Club, where digital design, virtual construction and DfMA principles were adopted to create a flexible and intelligent building, thus automating and managing operational costs, and reducing energy consumption.
