DCA's Associate Director Chen Zhong Xian and Executive Architectural Associate Darrell Lim, together with Shimizu, were track speakers on "Digital Construction towards Integrated Digital Delivery of 79 Robinson Road" at the International Built Environment Conference on 4 September 2019, held in Sands Expo & Convention Centre. For their in-depth examination of new digital technologies and innovations in the Built Environment, they demonstrated how Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) were used effectively in 79 Robinson Road, a new Grade A office tower by CapitaLand, to improve work flow and productivity.
